Our client is a leading UK provider of insuretech services, who provide software and support to the general insurance industry. Over the last 40 years they’ve built a community of brokers, insurers and other service providers, and created market-leading products that bring them together to do more for insurance consumers.

Role

The company currently seek to recruit a junior legal counsel to work alongside the Head of Legal. You will be based in Worcester, close to the city centre. This is a full time role, with office attendance required 2 days a week.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor;
• Ideally NQ-3PQE but will consider applicants outside of this PQE range with relevant experience;
• As an integral part of the Legal and Compliance team, you will be tasked with providing expert legal guidance and support in a fast paced SaaS focused business;
• This position demands a strong background in commercial contracts, contract drafting and negotiation. Experience of SaaS contracts is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits

• £65,000 - £75,000
• Minimum 10% annual bonus
• 3 days working from home
• 30 days holiday (FTE) plus Bank Holidays rising with service
• Private Healthcare
