Job description
We’re hiring a Group Change Lead to drive transformation across a leading FTSE Listed organisation. This is a senior, delivery-focused role requiring someone with a strong background in structured change management, stakeholder engagement, and visual communication.
You'll lead the design and execution of business-critical change programmes while also producing clear, engaging content, such as infographics, comms decks, and roadmaps, that help drive understanding and adoption across all levels of the business.
A background in consulting and industry is preferred, given the pace, complexity, and stakeholder environment of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes across a range of functions and client groups
- Create and manage structured change plans, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
- Develop high-quality visual communications-infographics, programme updates, and stakeholder materials-that simplify and support change
- Partner with senior stakeholders to assess readiness, manage risk, and ensure alignment
- Coordinate internal teams and external delivery partners to maintain programme pace and integrity
- Act as a central point of accountability for all change-related activity across the business
Experience Required
- Significant experience delivering complex, cross-functional change programmes
- Strong grasp of change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Lean, Agile), with practical application in delivery
- Proven ability to create clear and engaging content to support change-especially visual formats like roadmaps and infographics
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior leadership and Exec level
- Previous experience in a top-tier consulting environment (e.g. Accenture, EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) is highly desirable
- Experience in consumer-focused organisations is advantageous
