Are you a passionate Patent Attorney with a background in Life Sciences looking to join a high-performing, forward-thinking private practice in London?
Albion Rye Associates is working with a leading intellectual property firm known for its exceptional work in biotech, pharma, and medical technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fully qualified Patent Attorney to work on complex, cutting-edge innovations in the life sciences sector.
The Role:
- Work with pioneering clients in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and healthcare
- Draft and prosecute UK, European, and international patent applications
- Advise on freedom-to-operate, patentability, and infringement matters
- Collaborate with a highly experienced and supportive team of attorneys
- Participate in business development and strategic IP planning
You’ll Need:
- A degree (preferably PhD) in a life sciences-related discipline (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commercial mindset and a strong desire to partner with innovative clients
