Change Lead – (Technology)
We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Change Lead – (Technology) to join our dynamic Client to lead the successful adoption of digital and technology-driven transformation initiatives across their organisation. This role sits at the heart of Technology function and is pivotal to ensuring that changes in systems, processes, and ways of working deliver real value to their people and our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for key Technology projects.
- Engage stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment, readiness, and buy-in.
- Lead communication, training, and engagement activities to support technology adoption.
- Identify resistance, develop mitigation tactics, and work with leadership to reinforce adoption.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver seamless transitions.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading change in a complex IT or digital transformation environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, digital platforms) is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
