This is your opportunity to lead, influence, and shape the delivery of complex engineering projects across the UK and internationally – all while driving sustainability, innovation, and technical excellence.

‍♂ What you'll be doing:

✅ Lead a team of talented engineers across high-impact, multi-disciplinary projects

✅ Own the full project lifecycle – planning, execution, delivery

✅ Champion best-in-class SHEQ standards & risk management

✅ Deliver technical excellence and promote a culture of continuous improvement

✅ Support strategic growth and energy transition objectives

What we’re looking for:

✔ Degree-qualified (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical preferred)

✔ Chartered Engineer (or working towards)

✔ 10+ years’ project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing environments

✔ Strong leadership & stakeholder engagement skills

✔ Hands-on technical credibility with a strategic mindset
