Chartered / Almost Chartered Building Surveyor – Leeds


Overview:

This is a standout opportunity for a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to join a highly respected real estate and construction consultancy in Leeds. You’ll join a high-performing team delivering a wide range of professional and project-based building surveying services within the commercial property sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration and project delivery
  • Technical Due Diligence and acquisition surveys
  • Dilapidations, including negotiation and strategy
  • Building Pathology and reporting
  • Broad commercial surveying instructions across pre- and post-acquisition phases


About You:

  • MRICS-qualified with a degree in Building Surveying or close to.
  • Commercially experienced with client-facing confidence
  • Proficient in building contracts and pathology within a consultancy setting
  • High standard of report writing and project coordination
  • Team player with autonomy and ambition
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
