Role Summary

The Guardian Onboarding Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for individuals seeking to join a unique community of property guardians. The role combines customer engagement with end-to-end lettings coordination, ensuring new residents are matched with suitable spaces while supporting the responsible use of vacant buildings across London and the South East.

This is a people-facing, operational role that requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a natural ability to build trust. The successful candidate will help guide applicants through the onboarding journey, supporting both business goals and community impact.


Key Responsibilities


Lettings & Onboarding

  • Manage the full guardian onboarding journey—from initial enquiry through to licence signing.
  • Conduct engaging property viewings across London and the South East, converting applicants into active licensees.
  • Review and assess all applications to ensure alignment with company standards and compliance.

Customer Experience & Community Engagement

  • Deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new guardians.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to cultivate a connected and inclusive guardian community.

Sales Strategy & CRM

  • Support occupancy goals by contributing to strategies that drive new guardian sign-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records, communications, and activity logs using CRM tools to ensure visibility and operational efficiency.

  • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and earning trust.
  • Energised by working in a collaborative office setting and visiting properties across London and the South East.
  • Motivated by purpose-driven work and meaningful outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable using technology to stay organised—CRM experience (such as HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset who takes initiative and gets things done.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused in fast-moving situations.
