Health Safety Environment Advisor in Royal Tunbridge Wells

Job description

We’re looking for a Senior HSEQ Advisor who’s passionate about high standards, thrives in a team environment, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. This role is key to supporting and improving our health, safety, environmental and quality systems across a range of civil engineering projects.

You'll be working closely with site teams, management, and clients to help maintain compliance and promote a strong safety culture across the board.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting project teams with expert HSEQ advice
• Leading and assisting with audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Monitoring compliance with legislation, procedures, and best practice
• Driving improvement actions and reporting on outcomes
• Coaching and influencing teams on all things HSEQ

You’ll need:

• At least 5 years' experience in a construction (preferably civil engineering) environment
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum), working toward Diploma/NVQ 5/6
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 systems
• Strong communicator with confidence, integrity, and a proactive mindset
• A full UK driving licence
