Insolvency Associate (3–5 PQE) – London

We are acting for a leading international law firm that is seeking a talented associate to join its thriving insolvency team in London. This is a superb opportunity for a lawyer with 3–5 years’ PQE to step into a role rich with responsibility, high-quality work, and real progression potential.

This group is particularly well known for its contentious insolvency capabilities, advising on matters that often involve fraud, asset tracing, money laundering, and recovery of the proceeds of crime. Much of the work has a cross-border element, and the team also provides specialist advice to insurers facing complex insolvency-related claims and exposures.

Applicants will ideally have experience advising a mix of insolvency practitioners, insurers, banks, and distressed companies. Strong case management experience and a proactive mindset are essential. If you’re intellectually curious, commercially aware, and eager to be part of a team that routinely handles some of the most challenging assignments in the market, this could be your next step.
