About the Role:

The Product Owner will spearhead a high-impact replatforming programme, steering the post-launch roadmap of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You’ll unlock new CX enhancements, drive trading impact, and connect marketing, data, and dev teams to elevate every digital touchpoint.


Role Highlights

The Product Owner will...

  • Lead the salesforce replatforming project from MVP to long-term digital growth
  • Drive the roadmap development and CRO testing across key journeys
  • Build business cases backed by insights and cross-functional input
  • Champion agile practices across internal teams and external vendors
  • Manage the end-to-end journey utilising the external engineering, design and BA agency


You Will Need

  • Salesforce knowledge and experience - Commerce Cloud is a bonus
  • Experience in a luxury, fashion or e-commerce company
  • Confidence managing external dev teams or agencies end-to-end
  • A collaborative approach to senior stakeholder comms and delivery- exposure presenting to senior stakeholders on product and project progress.
