Are you a New Build expert ready to take your career to the next level in a leadership role at one of the most progressive and fast-growing legal firms in the North?

We're looking for an experienced New Build Solicitor to help drive forward the strategic growth of our New Build Conveyancing team. You’ll work alongside the Head of Department and play a key role in team management, leadership and strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Lead by example with your own reduced caseload of new build transactions
• Provide technical oversight, guidance, and mentorship to junior colleagues
• Collaborate with the Head of Department on business development, process improvement, and team strategy

What You Bring:

• Extensive conveyancing experience, particularly in new build transactions
• A track record of team leadership, supervision, and technical mentorship
• A commitment to exceptional client care and a service-driven mindset
