Overview

We are hiring an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support the growth of a globally recognised quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand. This field based, 12-month fixed term contract role covers the South of the UK and places you at the heart of driving fair, consistent, and compliant people practices across the restaurant estate.


You will be a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing expert guidance on all employee relations matters while contributing to a culture rooted in respect, development, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance, and appeals
  • Provide expert coaching and support to line managers to ensure fair and consistent outcomes
  • Monitor ER trends and risks, and escalate complex or high-risk cases appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and UK employment legislation
  • Support the development and delivery of ER-related training
  • Produce regular reporting and analysis on ER activity across your region
  • Promote best practices and help strengthen ER capability across the business


What You Will Bring

  • Solid experience managing employee relations in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Strong and current working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to build trust at all levels
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a dynamic, field-based workload
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) preferred
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly across the Southern UK
