Remote Working

We’re currently on the lookout for a Paraplanner join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a remote role, meaning you’ll mainly work from home with regular time in your local office to collaborate, connect and support your team in person.


The Role


Our Paraplanners play a key role in supporting our consultants and wider teams by delivering high-quality technical and investment advice support across a wide range of client needs.


You’ll work closely with Directors and Senior Consultants, assisting in the end-to-end delivery of key wealth management services. Whether it’s information gathering, planning, or creating reports—your expertise will help ensure we continue providing outstanding client service.


What You’ll Be Doing


Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day might look like:


  • Supporting consultants with technical and investment advice across all areas of wealth management
  • Preparing, reviewing, and updating proposals, letters, and reports—always keeping the client’s goals and risk profile front of mind
  • Assisting with the delivery of the Group’s products and services, including cash management, tax products, and bespoke client solutions


What You’ll Bring


  • Hold a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or Certificate in Paraplanning (other relevant qualifications also considered)
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial products including pensions, investments, protection, and wider wealth management solutions
  • Solid understanding of current regulations, legislation, and compliance procedures
  • This is a certification function role under SMCR, so annual FIT assessments and certification renewal will be required
