We are looking for a Client Accounts Administrator to join our team!


Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately receipting rents on account

• Daily payments to landlords

• Safeguarding tenant deposits

• Ensuring compliance obligations are met

• Proactively managing accounts

• Cultivating and enhancing client relationships


Requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Strong numerical aptitude

• Outstanding customer service
