We're Hiring: Support Workers – Children’s Residential Home (Manchester)

Full-time | Flexible Shifts | Permanent

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people?

We’re looking for caring, reliable, and resilient Support Workers to join our dedicated team in a residential home supporting young people aged 8–18 with emotional and behavioural needs.

✨ What you’ll do:

Provide daily care and emotional support

Help children build independence and resilience

Support with education, health, and social activities

Keep clear records and follow safeguarding practices

Work within a trauma-informed, child-centred environment

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with children or young people (residential preferred)
• Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willing to work towards it)
• A calm, empathetic, and committed attitude
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (incl. Evenings & weekends)
• UK Driving Licence (desirable)
• Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
