Job description

HR Change Advisor

6 months (potential for extension, but not beyond March 2026)

Up to £41,242 per annum (pro-rata)

Hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in London)


Role Overview

The HR Change Advisor will play a crucial support role in organisational restructure, focusing on data management, administrative support, and individual consultations. This role reports to the HR Change Business Partners and requires a detail-oriented individual comfortable with data and HR processes.


Key Responsibilities

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all HR change-related data
  • Use Excel, Smart Sheets, and MS Planner to track and report on change progress
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in paperwork, including contractual changes and redundancy calculations

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars and create workflow schedules for the change process
  • Draft and send communications to staff regarding change initiatives
  • Prepare materials for consultation meetings and other change-related events

Individual Consultations:

  • Attend and support individual consultation meetings, potentially delivering difficult news
  • Ensure all consultations are conducted in line with policies and legal requirements
  • Demonstrate sensitivity and compassion

Liaison and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the HR Change Business Partners to support their activities
  • Liaise with the People Operations team to facilitate system changes and organisational hierarchy updates
  • Provide regular reports on change progress and data insights


Required Skills and Experience

  • HR background with CIPD qualification
  • Strong data management skills, particularly in Excel and similar tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in change management processes and project management methodologies (e.g., Kanban)
  • Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office suite and AI tools like co-pilot
