Land Agent – New Forest, Dorset and South Wiltshire
Location: Lyndhurst, Hampshire
Salary: £47,252 – £50,927 (SEO, Pay Band 3)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and managing the Estates team, including direct reports.
- Overseeing leases, licences, valuations, and legal matters.
- Managing built assets and infrastructure across the estate.
- Supporting business planning, budgeting, and income generation.
- Liaising with stakeholders including The Verderers of the New Forest.
- Contributing to national projects like Forest Holidays and Forestry England’s Energy Strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- MRICS or FRICS chartered status.
- Degree in Rural or relevant Estate Management.
- Strong experience in rural or general practice estate management.
Desirable:
- RICS Registered Valuer status.
- FAAV membership.
- Familiarity with GIS and MS Office.
- Understanding of sustainable forest management.
