Product Owner, SaaS

2-3 times a month in either Hampshire or Worcestershire.

Role Overview

My client is seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of high-impact products that enhance customer experience and drive business objectives. In this role, you'll prioritize features, define product strategies, and collaborate across departments, helping shape their cutting-edge product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for customer needs and represent the product vision within the development team.
• Own and prioritize the backlog of user stories.
• Work closely with development teams to refine requirements and plan sprints.
• Lead product demonstrations, document features, and respond to feedback.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders.
• Assist marketing and non-technical teams with product-related initiatives.

Requirements:

Experience

• Demonstrated success as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with tools like DevOps or JIRA.

Desirable

• Experience in B2B/B2C UX and Design
• Familiarity with insurance or broking

Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
