Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Operations – International to lead our operations and commercial success across the United Kingdom and broader European region. This pivotal executive role combines end-to-end operational leadership with commercial oversight, driving both business performance and customer growth across multiple markets.

As a key member of the international leadership team, you will oversee Customer Success, Product and Account Management functions across the region, and partner closely with Finance, HR, and Executive stakeholders. You will be accountable for strategic planning, operational execution, talent development, and full P\&L ownership, ensuring our business operates efficiently while scaling for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead and manage regional teams across the UK and other markets within Account Management, Product Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Build and optimize scalable operational frameworks, systems, and processes to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Drive performance metrics and continuous improvement across departments, ensuring consistent execution in all markets.
• Oversee regional budget, resource allocation, and facility management, aligned with corporate strategy.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing talent across countries, fostering collaboration and alignment.

Commercial Growth & Strategic Execution

• Drive revenue growth and customer expansion across International region in alignment with global objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives across the region.
• Lead go-to-market and customer retention strategies in close coordination with sales and product teams.
• Develop and execute business plans tailored to regional market dynamics.

People & Culture Leadership

• Mentor and develop regional leadership teams, creating a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Champion inclusion, professional development, and employee engagement across geographically distributed teams.
• Promote cross-market collaboration and communication between international teams.

Governance, Performance & Reporting

• Define and monitor KPIs to assess operational and commercial success at both market and regional levels.
• Provide data-driven reporting, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations, business continuity, and risk management best practices.
• Represent the organization in external engagements across the UK and other International markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in operations or general management roles, ideally with multi-country responsibility.
• 7+ years managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, with direct P\&L accountability.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and scaling operations in complex environments.
• Experience in SaaS and/or automotive industries is preferred.
