Commercial Contracts Lawyer, Investment Bank (3 month FTC) in London Area

Job description

My client is a growing, independent investment bank looking to hire a general commercial contracts lawyer to join their team on a 3-month FTC.

The successful candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including engagement letters and NDAs, ideally gained within an investment banking or other financial services environment (although that is not a pre-requisite). In addition to drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, they will also support on corporate transactions, other group legal matters and strategic projects.

My client is flexible on the level of the candidate. Crucially, they need someone to start at short notice.
