Head of Legal in London Area

Job description

This is an excellent Head of Legal opportunity to join a growing global investment advisory firm. You would join a small team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting the business on corporate transactions and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts (including engagement letters and NDAs)

This will suit a Corporate Senior Associate in Private Practice looking for their first move in-house or a Senior Legal Counsel/Head of Legal (ideally with experience gained within a financial institution) looking for a new challenge within a dynamic environment.
