About the Job

In-house Head of Insolvency - Partner / head of department level - £125,000+

We've partnered exclusively with an established Property company looking to establish an in-house legal team, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Partner to step into a new and exciting role to shape the future of the firms Legal arm.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Partner or head of department familiar with handling a caseload of Insolvency & Restructuring legal matters working with a diverse client base, within property receivership and distressed property.

A client following isn't required as the firm have an established client base, however experience in developing and growing a legal department along with training, mentoring, and managing client relationships would be heavily advantageous.

Whilst this is a new legal team, they are already setup for success. The firm are on all the major lender panels and is currently working closely with the firms HR Business Partner to develop the necessary steps for an individual to hit the ground running.

The Candidate

• An Established Partner or head of department
• Experience developing and growing a department
• Ability to maintain and develop new and existing client relationships
• Work closely and collegiately with the current In-house Legal Partner
• Excellent organisation, time-management and IT skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
