Help build a high-growth, people-first business.

We're supporting a fast-scaling, PE-backed learning and development company as they expand globally and we're now looking for a brilliant People Partner to join the team.

This is a standalone role reporting to the Chief People Officer, offering huge scope to shape and deliver people strategy across a growing business with a big mission.

If you're excited by pace, ownership, and the chance to make a real impact this could be for you.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering closely with business leaders to align people initiatives with company goals
  • Owning the full performance and development cycle from capability frameworks to succession planning
  • Embedding a feedback and coaching culture across the organisation
  • Driving engagement and inclusion initiatives that scale with growth
  • Providing sound advice on people policies, best practices, and employee relations
  • Supporting both UK and international teams as the business continues to grow globally

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role, ideally in a high-growth or PE/VC-backed business
  • A generalist HR skillset, with a strong focus on talent development and engagement
  • Someone who is commercial, pragmatic and understands how people strategy drives business success
  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and building trust across the organisation
  • Energy, drive, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Confidence working in ambiguity and shaping process from the ground up

Why this role?

This is more than BAU. It’s a real opportunity to be part of something purposeful where learning, development and human-centred culture sit at the core of the business model. You'll have space to grow, freedom to lead, and the backing of a high-impact, collaborative team.
