Purpose of the Role:

In the Regional Visual Merchandiser role, your main job is to oversee and enhance visual merchandising standards across multiple stores in the region, ensuring brand consistency and elevating the customer experience. You will collaborate with Store Managers, Area Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and the Head of VM/VM Manager. Your tasks will include leading regional visual merchandising initiatives, providing guidance and support to store-level Visual Merchandisers, participating in high-level seasonal planning, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the implementation and execution of visual merchandising standards across multiple stores in the region, ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand presentation and taking complete ownership working closely with VM manager.
  • Act as a mentor and guide for store-level Visual Merchandisers, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to execute visual strategies effectively in their respective stores.
  • Work closely with regional management teams, including Store Managers, Deputy Managers, and Area Managers, to ensure that visual merchandising aligns with broader regional sales and marketing strategies.
  • Play a key role in regional planning for product launches, promotional setups, and seasonal changes, ensuring that all visual elements are aligned with company guidelines and market trends.
  • Provide strategic input and feedback to the Head of VM on future visual merchandising initiatives, trends, and strategies, driving innovation and improvement in visual standards.
  • Drive and manage regional projects such as new store openings, major refits, and large-scale seasonal rollouts, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training and development programs for store teams, enhancing their skills in visual merchandising techniques and standards.
  • Regularly gather and analyse feedback from various stores, using insights to refine and improve visual merchandising practices and address region-specific challenges.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all visual elements across the region reflect the Moss brand's values and aesthetics, enhancing customer engagement and experience.
  • Works with the store manager to ensure all pos is correctly received and stored ready for easy access when required ensuring any requests for new or replacements are reported using the correct channels.
  • Involvement in visual merchandising strategies, including the execution and maintenance of these strategies across stores.
  • Active participation in, styling days, window signoffs, and new store openings or refits.
  • Responsibility for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of menswear trends and ensuring this is reflected in visual merchandising.
  • Collaboration with store teams to implement visual merchandising standards and practices effectively.
  • Working alongside VM manager taking complete ownership for daily/weekly movements (Via the rota) ensuring that all stores are visited and supported within VM SLA.


What You'll Need to Succeed:


Technical:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with mannequin dressing & styling skills.
  • Experience in implementing visual merchandising strategies and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of up-to-date menswear trends and styling,
  • Understanding of effective storage and organisation of POS materials
  • A valid UK driving license & car and is flexible with travel.

  • Communication Styles: Exceptional in both verbal and written communication, approachable, and clear in conveying information.

Additional Information:

  • The role supports a portfolio of stores across the West Midlands, East Midlands, East of England, and South East.
  • Regular travel is required, following a store visit rota.



Requirements:

  • Must have a valid UK driving license and own a car.
  • Flexibility for travel is essential.
