Residential Conveyancer in Guildford

My client has an rare opportunity for a plot conveyancer to join their Guildford-based team. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, taking responsibility for your own plot sales matters using a case management system.

This role is heavily client-facing, you will have full encouragement and support in developing and maintaining client relationships.

The person my client is seeking for this role must have excellent communication skills and a confident, capable and professional approach.

You will also need to demonstrate:

• Good commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• An organised approach in managing time, work priorities and deadlines
• Particularly strong attention to detail
• Remain calm under pressure, working in a fast-paced often demanding environment
• Have the ability to forge strong working relationships with our clients
• Possess strong IT skills, including case management systems
• Ability and willingness to learn
• A strong team working ethic
• Showing absolute discretion and professionalism in your work.

You will use your skills and experience to manage a caseload of plot sales, working alongside clients and ensuring the best possible service at all times.

You should have at least 2-3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, covering freehold property in particular.
