A major global media powerhouse and one of the biggest creators of social content on the planet is on the lookout for a Head of Social Creative to shape the next chapter of original storytelling across its massive social network.

With over 150 million followers across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook and more, this is a career-defining role at the heart of a fast-moving, audience-obsessed team.

We’re looking for a visionary creative leader who’s passionate about social, obsessed with storytelling, and confident managing high-performing teams. You’ll be responsible for the creative output across all platforms leading on everything from explainers and TikToks to memes, stories, and branded series.


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the creative strategy and visual identity for all original social content.
  • Lead a team of editors, designers, and creatives, overseeing ideation and execution.
  • Shape and pitch new series and format ideas that connect with modern audiences.
  • Collaborate with talent, producers, and external contributors to bring big ideas to life.
  • Partner with commercial teams to develop branded content that is platform-native and visually compelling.
  • Ensure everything we publish is tailored for each platform, delivered with speed, creativity, and clarity.
  • Analyse performance and evolve content formats to stay ahead of the curve.


What You Bring:

  • 5+ years in social or digital content creation, ideally within media, entertainment or publishing.
  • A proven background leading social-first creative teams and producing standout work for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.
  • Strong editorial judgement with a flair for shaping compelling narratives and formats.
  • Top-notch visual instincts confident overseeing shoots, setting design standards, and briefing editors.
  • A portfolio that showcases originality, cultural awareness, and strong audience intuition.
  • Experience developing branded content with commercial teams without compromising creativity.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on environment where innovation is key.
