Head of Regeneration in City of London

Job description

• Interim contract – 12 Months (Initially)

Head of Regeneration key responsibilities:

• Developing and leading regeneration strategies.
• Aligning regeneration goals with the borough’s Local Plan, London Plan, and community needs.
• Advising councillors and senior leadership on regeneration opportunities.

Project Delivery:

• Leading major redevelopment projects such as estate regeneration, town centre revitalisation, or infrastructure improvements.
• As the Head of Regeneration you will be managing multidisciplinary teams, including planning, housing, transport, and economic development officers.
• Overseeing procurement and contract management of developers and consultants.
• Collaborating with developers, housing associations.
