About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Supervisor who is responsible for planning and ensuring the safe execution of Advanced Warning Sign (AWS) delivery and collection works. This role involves controlling, managing, and coordinating all operational activities in accordance with company policies, processes, and procedures.

The Supervisor must ensure that all operations are carried out safely and with consideration for environmental impact, while also maintaining high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes supporting clients through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI).

Duties

• Safely deliver the AWS delivery and collection service on the Surrey Highways Contract.
• Ensure the service is delivered in accordance with the contractual obligations as agreed with Surrey County council.
• Ensure the operational team are trained and competent to undertake the roles required of them.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Communicate project updates and progress to clients.
• Maintain accurate facility records, including room capacities, equipment inventories, and maintenance schedules.

Person Specification

• Driving Licence.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Competence with using Microsoft Office computer programmes, such as Word, Excel, Project, TEAMS.
• Flexible and approachable attitude.
• Demonstrable knowledge of traffic management and maintenance processes.
