**Job Description:**

Proclinical is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Operations Administrator to support the implementation and management of a new digital contract management system. This role involves working closely with the Legal and Compliance team to ensure efficient system use, provide training, and assist with legal administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the primary expert and super-user of the contract management system, ensuring optimal utilization.

- Lead and support projects aimed at expanding the system's functionality across the organization.

- Provide training and ongoing support to stakeholders on effective system use.

- Review contracts to extract key information for data input and ensure accuracy.

- Redact sensitive information from agreements as required.

- Maintain data integrity within the system through meticulous attention to detail.

- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure consistent data management practices.

- Perform various legal administrative tasks to support the Legal and Compliance team.

**Key Skills and Requirements:**

- Experience in contract analysis, including commercial and subcontract management.

- Familiarity with contract redaction processes.

- Proven ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies efficiently.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Experience with data entry and information management systems is desirable.
