• Deliver diverse commercial surveying projects (60-70% project work)
• Lead technical surveys, contract admin, and project delivery
• Engage with top-tier clients across a range of sectors

• MRICS qualified
• Strong commercial experience
• Associate-level capability or ready to step up
• RICS-accredited degree
