We have previously used external providers to draft and finalise our client’s wills and accompanying trusts. Since the company has grown we want to bring this function in-house. It is important for the Will and Trust plans to follow and improve our existing structures and client advice.

The Will planning structures do involve the set up of a Will and accompanying pilot Trusts.

·        Strategic leadership role within an ambitious and growing firm

·        Work alongside experienced professionals in tax, accountancy, and financial planning
