Contract Opportunity: TUPE and ARD Project Manager

Location: Remote - Anywhere in the UK or Europe

Contract: minimum 12–16 weeks | Start: ASAP

Rate: From 500 P/d

A global tech business is seeking an experienced Tupe or ARD Project Manager to manage the first phase of a european based Tepe process.

This is a rare opportunity to apply your expertise in European labour law, the Acquired Rights Directive, and works council consultation within a fast-paced, international transformation programme.

The Role

You will be managing the transition of a work force across europe who are being moved across using the Tupe or the Acquired Rights Directive (ARD) and equivalent national legislation, shaping employee transfer and consultation processes that span France, Germany, the Netherlands, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the head of HR to deliver the Tupe and ARD process for the european work force.
• Support due diligence on transferring employees, contracts, and liabilities
• Engage directly with works councils, unions, and employee reps

What You’ll Bring

• Proven track record managing Tupe or ARD projects across Europe
• Knowledge of European labour law, especially in France, Germany, and/or the Netherlands
• Experience navigating works council frameworks and employee consultation processes
• Fluency in English is essential; French, German or Dutch strongly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills in a cross-functional, international environment
