Job description

Job Title: Producer

Location: Hybrid 3 days per week London, UK

Remuneration: £42.79 per hour

Contract Details: Temporary, 12 months


Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute events and experiences across the organisation.
  • Design, develop, and scale the delivery of Product Experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide creative production and logistics expertise for events, including experience consultation, demo design, staffing, tech, and on-site support.
  • Create partnerships with marketing, product, and creative teams to enhance event outcomes.
  • Support the development of processes and playbooks that streamline and scale operations.
  • Partner with agencies to plan and execute experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Availability and willingness to travel up to 25% for events.
  • Establish and support strategic measurement and marketing plans for events.
  • Assist in post-reporting processes and data collection to assess event effectiveness.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Client-facing experience in event management, production, or within a creative agency.
  • Proficient in coordinating virtual and in-person events.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, organisational design, and systems planning.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills, particularly with executive leadership.
  • Strong vendor management experience.
  • Familiarity with standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in managing production budgets effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assess data reports for metrics, trends, and patterns related to communications and events.


Nice to have:

  • Level 1 technical troubleshooting capabilities of devices, with the ability to engineer real-time creative solutions for events.
  • Experience working within a large, matrixed, global tech company in a rapidly scaling department.
