VP of Product – FinTech Scale-Up | £200K+ | Hybrid - London


We’re partnering with a high-growth, mission-driven fintech that’s transforming how global users manage and move their money internationally. With strong Series B backing and an expanding international footprint, they’re building the next generation of financial products for underserved markets, and they’re looking for a VP of Product to lead the charge.


This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organisation. You'll bring a powerful blend of customer focus, product expertise, and commercial instinct with a sharp understanding of how product drives growth and business success.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Set the Product Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve a compelling product vision that aligns with company objectives and supports rapid scale.
  • Own & Drive the Roadmap: Build a dynamic product roadmap that balances user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead and Grow the Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, cultivating a culture of impact, accountability, and innovation.
  • Act as a Strategic Partner: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, marketing, operations, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver successful product launches.
  • Bring Business Acumen to Every Decision: Prioritise features and investments based on business value and ROI, always keeping the wider goals in sight.
  • Champion Customer Insight: Leverage user research, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decisions and spot new opportunities.
  • Monitor & Optimise: Track product performance and user engagement, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate with Clarity: Act as a key point of contact for product strategy, engaging senior leadership, stakeholders, and partners with clear communication and insight.
  • Oversee Budget & Resources: Own product budgets, headcount planning, and resource allocation across the product function.


What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in product leadership roles, with significant experience in fintech, payments, or fast-paced digital environments.
  • Experience with Remittance, Credit and Payments
  • Proven track record of scaling products and teams in high-growth companies.
  • Strong business acumen; you understand the commercial levers behind product decisions and can tie product work directly to company goals.
  • Experience defining product strategies and leading successful cross-functional delivery.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly analytical and user-focused, able to back up decisions with data and insight.
