Rural Surveyor – Up to £50,000

Ayr, Scotland (or Perth/Aberdeen) | Hybrid Working

Role & Responsibilities

• Advise on land rights, access, and compensation
• Carry out site visits and meet clients across the region
• Support with land referencing and digital mapping
• Manage compensation claims and valuations (incl. Renewables)
• Liaise regularly with stakeholders and internal teams
• Work across a range of rural, forestry, and utilities projects

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Rural Surveyor or Land Agent
• MRICS and Registered Valuer preferred
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in rural sectors (farming, forestry, etc.) beneficial
• Competent with digital mapping tools (preferred)
