This is a standout opportunity for an experienced writer with a consultancy background and a passion for helping innovative therapies reach patients. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in crafting clear, compelling market access materials including global value dossiers (GVDs), payer communication tools, value stories, and evidence-based narratives that help leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies secure reimbursement and optimise market entry strategies across multiple geographies.

The Market Access Writer will play a pivotal role in developing high-quality deliverables that translate complex clinical and economic data into clear, persuasive content for payers, policymakers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development of global value dossiers, payer toolkits, objection handlers, and value communication materials for a range of assets and indications.
  • Synthesize clinical, economic, and scientific evidence into concise, well-structured narratives tailored for payer and HTA audiences.
  • Collaborate with consultants, HEOR specialists, and client teams to ensure alignment across strategy and messaging.
  • Support client pitches and proposals by developing sample content and demonstrating thought leadership in value communication.
  • Mentor and support junior writers, reviewing and refining their work to ensure best-in-class quality standards.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • 2–5 years of experience as a market access, HEOR, or medical writer within a life sciences consultancy.
  • A degree (ideally postgraduate) in a life science, health economics, public health, or related discipline.
  • Strong track record in creating payer-focused deliverables such as GVDs, payer value propositions, and HTA submission content.
  • Ability to interpret and integrate clinical, economic, and real-world data into impactful value messaging.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage clients and present deliverables.
  • Collaborative and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
