Are you an experienced Head of Manufacturing with a strong background in FMCG manufacturing? Do you have a passion for driving plant performance, safety and quality standards across site?

We’re looking for a candidate with significant experience in a senior operations role within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage plant performance, safety and quality. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to create a proactive, quality-driven culture.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing site improvement strategy across 2 sites, in line with the business objectives. You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on, developing the site processes and team by embedding lean manufacturing practices to optimise performance and output.

We are seeking someone with a strong track record in FMCG, food, or drink manufacturing, with experience managing manufacturing in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for driving performance across the site and embedding a culture of continuous improvement whilst ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld in every aspect of production. Your ability to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration will be instrumental in this role.
