My client is a fast growth POS finance provider with 5 successful years of trading behind them. They are now profitable & entering the scale up phase with focus on client growth, increasing lending book & building brand out in the market.

Being PE funded & having multiple Bank provided debt lines in the market makes them a secure yet scaling business!

They are SME focused which has been a brilliant nieche for them in the market – They are end to end tech enabled making them a popular amongst the SME market who are looking for speed & efficiency for their customers.

We are now looking for Head of Compliance to join the SLT team - You will inherit a successful team of 3 & have a broad oversight on Compliance across the business. We are looking for a proactive head of compliance who enjoys building policies, is passionate about a positive compliance culture & can help the business navigate future FCA requirements…
