GRL SWM is a vibrant and inclusive women's only swim community based in London, offering high-quality swimming lessons in a supportive and empowering environment. We're passionate about building confidence in the water and delivering expert-led lessons to swimmers across London.


The Role


We are currently looking for experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Swimming Instructors to join our team at GRL SWM. We operate in various locations across East, South East, South West, Central, and West London, and will match instructors to venues based on proximity and availability. As a Swimming Instructor with GRL SWM, you'll lead engaging and effective swim sessions for adults, creating a positive, safe, and encouraging environment. You'll be part of a supportive and professional self-employed team that’s focused on building water confidence, developing skills, and prioritising safety at every level.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and safe swim lessons to individuals and small groups
  • Adapt lessons to suit a range of ages and skill levels
  • Monitor swimmers’ progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
  • Ensure a safe environment by following health and safety procedures
  • Represent the GRL SWM ethos of empowerment, inclusion, and skill development


What We're Looking For

  • Qualified swimming instructor (STA, ASA Level 2 or equivalent)
  • Valid NPLQ or NRASTC is a plus
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred
  • Punctual, reliable, and confident working independently
  • Friendly, motivating, and inclusive teaching style
  • Based in London with flexibility to travel to nearby locations
  • Open to being photographed/filmed for social media content
