Key Responsibilities
- Take full financial and commercial responsibility for your contracts portfolio
- Support delivery teams with monthly valuations, cost forecasting, applications, and variations
- Ensure contracts are administered in line with legal frameworks and timelines
- Monitor and report on project costs, sales, gross profit, and commercial risks
- Develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business and contract retention
- Identify new revenue streams and contribute to strategic business growth
- Maintain accurate commercial data, records, and reports
- Manage and develop supply chain relationships and sub-contractor performance
- Prepare and manage all aspects of tenders and contract documentation
- Lead or support quantity surveying teams where applicable
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a keen commercial mindset and strong industry knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering
- Professional certification (e.g. MRICS) preferred
- Proven commercial leadership experience in construction or engineering
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and risk management
- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Document Management Systems, and tools such as Asta Powerproject or Anaplan
- Familiarity with SME environments and broad business operations
- CSCS Card holder
- Valid UK Driving Licence
