Key Responsibilities

  • Take full financial and commercial responsibility for your contracts portfolio
  • Support delivery teams with monthly valuations, cost forecasting, applications, and variations
  • Ensure contracts are administered in line with legal frameworks and timelines
  • Monitor and report on project costs, sales, gross profit, and commercial risks
  • Develop strong client relationships to drive repeat business and contract retention
  • Identify new revenue streams and contribute to strategic business growth
  • Maintain accurate commercial data, records, and reports
  • Manage and develop supply chain relationships and sub-contractor performance
  • Prepare and manage all aspects of tenders and contract documentation
  • Lead or support quantity surveying teams where applicable


What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a keen commercial mindset and strong industry knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering
  • Professional certification (e.g. MRICS) preferred
  • Proven commercial leadership experience in construction or engineering
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and risk management
  • Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Document Management Systems, and tools such as Asta Powerproject or Anaplan
  • Familiarity with SME environments and broad business operations
  • CSCS Card holder
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
