Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international freight movements across air, sea, and road.
• Liaise with carriers, agents, and customs to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
• Generate new business leads and actively follow up to convert opportunities into long-term clients.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, customs entries, and quotations.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts.
• A proactive approach to lead generation and business development.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
