Construction Planner

Northern Home Counties & North London

Site/Office based 4 days + 1 day WFH

Contract: 6-Month Minimum (Temp to Perm Potential)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £500/day PAYE Umbrella (Inside IR35) – No CIS

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Construction Planner (NOT M&E/IS Planners) to join a top-tier contractor delivering major healthcare, education, and leisure projects across the Northern Home Counties and North London.

Full-Time Construction Planner

• 4 days on site/office (various locations in the region) + 1 day WFH
• Perfect for a Junior to Mid-Level Planner ready to step up
• Tier 1 contractor experience required
• Proactive, “go out and get them” attitude
• ASTA Powerproject experience essential
• Must be confident working on complex builds like hospitals, schools, and leisure centres
• Valid CSCS Card required
• Potential to convert to permanent (£70k–£75k) after initial contract
