You will need to bring an assertive, but communicative personality to bring to the tight knit team.

The Role:

As Health & Safety Lead, you’ll play a key role in promoting and maintaining a culture of health, safety, and environmental compliance across the facility. You’ll work closely with production teams, managers, and external bodies to ensure all practices meet legal and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce Health & Safety policies and procedures on-site.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Deliver training and toolbox talks to promote a safety-first mindset.
• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, ISO standards, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare H&S reports for senior management.

✅ Expectations:

• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (essential).
• Proven experience in a FMCG environment
• Strong understanding of UK HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.

• 8-5:30, Monday-Friday
