Are you passionate about payments and looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of London? We are seeking a skilled and proactive Payment Officer to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract!


Contract Details:


Contract Length: 8 months

Daily Rate: Up to £177.00

Working Pattern: Hybrid


Key Responsibilities:

As our Payment Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth payment operations across our London and EMEA offices. Your main tasks will include:


  • Investigating and repairing payments that don’t follow the STP workflow.
  • Managing and processing payment queues within Montran JGPS and SWIFT, in line with currency cut-off times.
  • Verifying payments in Montran JGPS for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborating with the Treasury Department to obtain cross-currency exchange rates.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to support system enhancements and UAT.

  • SWIFT Expertise: Familiarity with SWIFT payment formatting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders across EMEA.
