Job description

Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for a Ticketing Systems Coordinator to support its Ticketing Operations at the bet365 Stadium.


Reporting to the Ticket Operations Manager you will be responsible for the accurate and timely setup of all ticketed events and season cards in addition to coordinating the fulfilment of the Club’s City 7s and B2B schemes.


The ideal candidate will also provide additional support to the wider business as required, including administrative tasks, data requests and reporting.


Main Responsibilities

  • Accurately setting up and configuring all ticketed events and products in the Club’s ticketing systems to ensure a seamless and first-class customer experience.
  • Providing administrative support, overseeing the processing and fulfilment of the City 7s scheme and ensuring timely ticket delivery ahead of fixtures.
  • Ensuring the ticketing website (tickets.stokecityfc.com) is kept up to date, accurate and relevant.
  • Improving user experience (UX) and online conversions by proactively identifying and resolving barriers during purchase.
  • Liaising with other departments within the Club to support the setup and delivery of all ticketing requirements.

  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
  • Skilled in multitasking and effectively prioritising tasks.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in performing administrative tasks.


The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings and weekends to cover matchday fixtures and other adhoc events at the bet365 Stadium.


This position will be offered on a full time permanent basis. All relevant training will be provided.
