Job description

We are working with a top-tier international law firm based in London for a Senior Associate to join their Real Estate Finance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a top-tier Real Estate Finance team, advising lenders and borrowers on a range of property finance transactions.

The individual will be responsible for leading financing transactions, while also having strong drafting abilities. The successful candidate will work with major banks, investors, debt funds, and developers.

Essential Criteria:

• 4-6+ years’ PQE;
• Real estate finance background;
• Technically excellent;
• Ability to build client relationships;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to manage deadlines;
• Flexible and collaborative team player.
