TwentyOne Twelve is looking for an Project Coordinator (F&B Fit-Out) in Shoreditch

Job description

Project Coordinator – Retail & Hospitality Fit-Out

Shoreditch, London | Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)

Please note: Candidates must have prior experience in design or retail/hospitality project delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to consider applications from those without this specific background.

The Company

This isn’t your typical consultancy. Since 2017, this boutique client-side construction firm has carved out a name for itself as the delivery partner for standout retail and hospitality spaces across the UK and internationally. Their projects range from slick roll-outs for household names to beautifully detailed flagship builds. Now, with demand continuing to grow, they’re looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

The Role

You’ll be right in the thick of it – supporting Project Managers and Directors across multiple live sites, helping bring bold design visions to life. This isn’t just paperwork and tracking Gantt charts – it’s site visits, problem solving, chasing contractors, and helping keep delivery smooth and stress-free. You’ll be a key link between the design team, clients, and on-the-ground delivery.

Day-to-Day You’ll Be:

  • Supporting the delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects across retail and hospitality
  • Helping manage project programmes and ensuring milestones stay on track
  • Attending site meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions
  • Reviewing tender returns and checking drawings for accuracy and detail
  • Maintaining cost trackers, progress reports, and key project documentation
  • Liaising with clients and contractors to keep everyone aligned
  • Playing a key role in the aftercare and handover process

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a delivery-focused construction or fit-out environment
  • Bonus points for retail or hospitality project exposure
  • Top-notch organisational skills and a naturally proactive mindset
  • Confidence in juggling multiple priorities and communicating with teams on all sides
  • An interest in great design, beautifully executed
  • A cool head under pressure – able to stay on it when things get busy

Why Join?

You’ll be part of a small, high-performing team that genuinely loves what they do. No corporate red tape, no ego – just a good bunch delivering best-in-class spaces for brilliant brands. If you want to grow your career in construction project delivery and work with clients who set the bar high, this is the place.
