An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional with a background in relocation or global mobility to join a growing and dynamic organisation as a Move Advocate.


This is a fully office-based role in Hertfordshire, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional relocation experience.


As a Move Advocate, you will serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for employees and their families relocating for work. You’ll ensure a smooth, informed, and supportive journey from start to finish, working closely with internal teams to continually enhance the customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the single point of coordination for relocating employees and their families via phone and email
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation throughout the full relocation lifecycle
  • Help assignees navigate the complexities of settling into a new location with confidence
  • Represent our client's HR/mobility function and ensure seamless programme execution
  • Be trained and certified on relocation policies, benefits, and destination knowledge to deliver expert support


Key Requirements:


  • Relocation or global mobility experience is essential
  • Strong background in customer service or account management
  • Experience within supplier-side relocation services or HR highly desirable
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); other languages a plus
  • Comfortable learning and using bespoke systems or CRM platforms
