Following exciting growth across our executive search practice, we’re now hiring a Global Candidate Management & Research Associate to join our dynamic, high-performing team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, communication, and delivering excellence behind the scenes.


What will you be doing?

*Be the key contact point for senior candidates, delivering a white-glove, high-touch experience at every stage of the process

*Coordinate interviews and global scheduling across time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders

*Refine and format executive candidate presentations, client reports, and pitch decks to match EC1 Executive’s professional standards

*Maintain accurate candidate data in our CRM while supporting internal process documentation

*Collaborate with our global EC1 Executive team on market research and ad-hoc operational support projects


What you bring:

*1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, executive search support, or similar roles

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for professionalism

*A detail-obsessed mindset with confidence using tools like PowerPoint and Canva

*Organised, responsive, and calm under pressure, you get things done efficiently and with style

*Bonus if you’ve worked in executive search, recruitment ops, or recruitment marketing

*Comfortable working across global time zones

*Tech-savvy: confident using ATS/CRM systems, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn Recruiter, Canva, and ChatGPT
